Dear Clients,
Downtime Issue:
On 2nd March 2011 one of our technical person updated all the modules of the OPENVZ including latest stable kernel . And restarted the server. Due to unknown reason the server was down . Later after some investigation we came to know the reason for server offline . Due to Kernel Panic the server has become unstable .
We have immediately asked for the Hostkey datacenter to help regarding this issue. Presently we are waiting for datacenter to provide us a rescue mode were we can manually change the kernel loader . Its Been 12hours since we have contacted the datacenter there is no response . Nor there is a proper response from Phone support.
Solution:
This issue can be resolved within 15mins period by just logging through rescue mode.
